They are often the first point of contact for clients and know how to gather information and begin the investigative process right away. Records Clerks
Our records clerks assist with ordering and tracking requests for medical records, medical bills, employment records, and other information and documents used by our team to evaluate cases and prepare for settlement and trial. Diana and Elena are bilingual and are valuable assets in assisting our English and Spanish speaking clients with client intakes, status updates, and attending defense medical examinations.
